Thankful for Family
Well my day started out on a school bus this morning in 25 degree weather. I am so thankful I had heat. Although it took it about 20 minutes to get warm. Afterwards, I took my lovely daughter to school and then went to visit my parents and sister. So, today I decided to teach my mom and sister how to knit using your fingers. Joy, my sister, wasn't all that interested; but once my mom got the hang of it, she was excited that she could do it on her own. I so enjoyed spending the day at my parents. We enjoyed a great Christian movie called "Luke Warm", and then some great preaching by John Hagee. We have youth this evening with a great group of kids. Planning on having pizza and wings for them, along with some cool "Icebreakers" and a great message.
I am so thankful for the blessings I have in my life. God is so giving and so loving. Thank you Lord. I love you! "Keep God First"!

The Job Plan
I am awake....getting up early isn't what I care to do during this summer vacation, since I have had to get up early to drive a 30 foot bus every morning with about 28 elementary aged kids on it. So resting late in the mornings is like cake to me, coated with cream cheese icing....yum. I love my late sleeps. I am trying to come up with some different job plans for the summer and here are a few I have come up with.
#1-Pet Groomer- If I can shear a 250 lb. sheep then I can shear a 40 lb. dog.
#2- Private swim lessons- Well I taught lessons for more than 19 years, why stop now.
#3- Craft shop- I am a crafty person, with lots of wit. I think I can come up with a few things.
#4- Dump truck driver- Well I have my CDL's why not upgrade them?
These are just a few of the things I have considered doing for summer work. I know I will have some more ideas to come.
As for my day today...I have to start cleaning the house again and try my hardest to rid the house of this clutter. So I have found a few ideas on pinterest that I think I will use.
Yes, I love pinterest and have found that many of life's questions can be answered there.
So, I am off to start a new cleaning phase on the house and we will see how these ideas come into play.
Have a blessed day and remember to "Keep God First"!
